If you, like many people, have tried over and over to give up smoking with no success, One Stop Smoking Cessation is for you.  This session provides the powerful boost you need to make smoking a thing of the past.  Using hypnotherapeutic reprogramming, re-setting deeply ingrained habitual behaviour, alongside the strength of your own motivation, this treatment will help you look forward to a healthier, happier future. 

A detailed case history will be taken before hypnosis.  Be prepared to discuss everything about your smoking habit, including the factors which played a part in you starting smoking in the first place, all of the times you reach for a cigarette during the day and what your motivation is for finally giving up (there may be several factors here).

Before your session get used to the fact that as soon as you walk out of the consultation room door you will be a non-smoker.  Before coming, throw away your ashtrays, lighters, cigarette packs.  Tell all your friends and family you will return a non-smoker.  Look forward to your appointment as being the starting point for a new healthy life.
